Applied Science Private University welcomed His Excellency Mr. Zhao Xiaoqiang, Chinese Cultural Attaché in Jordan and Director of the Chinese Cultural Center in Amman, accompanied by Mr. Ahmed Aqrabawi, Assistant Director of the Chinese Cultural Center, and Ms. Ai Shijia, Secretary of the Chinese Cultural Center, on a friendly visit aimed at exploring opportunities for academic and cultural cooperation and strengthening future partnerships between the two sides.
The delegation was received by the University President Professor Samiha Jarrah, Vice President for International Relations Professor Firas ElHajji, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities Professor Hadeel Al-Sa’ed, Chinese Language Coordinator Dr. Haifa Al-Dabbagh, a faculty member from the Department of Digital Media Dr. Saddam Mashaqbeh, and Ms. Renad Issa Coordinator of the Language Center and Cultural Diversity.
The visit included a tour of the university’s facilities, followed by a visit to the International Communities Exhibition and the Chinese Booth, where the delegation met with students majoring in Chinese and English Languages and explored their creative work and diverse cultural activities. The visit reflected the spirit of cultural exchange and global engagement that the university is committed to fostering
