
The International Relations Office at Applied Science Private University (ASU) is pleased to announce the availability of student exchange opportunities for undergraduate students to study for one academic semester at INTI International University & Colleges in Malaysia during the First Semester of the Academic Year 2026/2027.
1. The applicant must be a currently enrolled student at Applied Science Private University.
2. The opportunity is open to undergraduate students majoring in the following fields:
* Business (Business Administration, Accounting, Digital Marketing, FinTech)
* Digital Media
* Information Technology (Computer Science, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence)
* Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering)
3. The student must have successfully completed at least 36 credit hours and must not be a graduating student.
4. The student’s cumulative GPA must be at least 70%.
• Tuition fee waiver at the host university.
• Free shared accommodation for students.
• The courses completed by the student will be eligible for credit transfer in accordance with the University’s regulations.
• An outstanding international academic and cultural experience.
How to Apply:
Applicants are required to contact Eng. Fida Youssef / International Relations Office – University Presidency Building from Tuesday, 21 July 2026, until Monday, 27 July 2026, between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM, and bring the following documents in both printed and electronic formats:
• An official transcript in English (obtained from the Admission and Registration Department).
• A copy of a valid passport (the passport must be valid for at least 18 months).
• A passport-size photo with a white background (35 mm × 45 mm).

* Applicants must have completed at least 36 credit hours and must not be graduating students.
* Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 70%.
* Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
* Students will be exempt from tuition fees at the host university.
* Credits earned during the exchange period will be transferred in accordance with the university’s regulations.
* Students will gain valuable international academic and cultural experience.

Nominations will be submitted to the host university after a selection process among applicants. Final admission decisions are made solely by the host university.

– Applicants must be regular students at Applied Science Private University enrolled in one of the following majors: (Computer Science, Business Administration, English Language and Literature, English Language/Translation, Political Science).
– Applicants must have completed at least 36 credit hours and must not be graduating students.
– The cumulative GPA must not be less than 70%.
– Proficiency in the English language is required (an English language placement exam will be held on Thursday, 11/6/2026 at 10:00 a.m.).
-The application deadline is Sunday, 14/6/2026.
Students will be exempted from tuition fees at the host university.
Credits completed by the student will be transferred according to university regulations.
Students will gain valuable international academic and cultural experience.

Erasmus+ KA 171 Project

Aim of the activity is to allow the staff to learn and transfer new knowledge relevant to their field and to learn experiences and good practices of partner institution and develop practical skills required for their current job.
· Full-time academic and administrative staff employed at ASU can apply for staff mobility.
· Applicants are expected to have knowledge of English Language (B2) to carry out the activity.
Mobilities will take place in 5 business days (excluding travel days) per staff.
