Faculty Councils

Membership :

  • The Dean, who serves as Chair.
  • Assistant Dean
  • Heads of Departments.
  • Assistants to the Heads of Departments.
  • The Faculty Council convenes regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating the academic plans of various programs within the Faculty.
  • Approving student grades.
  • Endorsing student transfer applications to the Faculty based on guidelines from the Deans' Council.
  • Recommending the award of academic degrees.
  • Approving nominations for new Faculty members or teaching assistants.
  • Supervising the scientific research conducted by Faculty members.
