The Faculty of Information Technology at Applied Science Private University concluded the thirteenth edition of the ASU CTF cybersecurity competition,
The Faculty of Information Technology at Applied Science Private University concluded the thirteenth edition of the ASU CTF cybersecurity competition, organized by the Cybersecurity Club, with the participation of 190 male and female students from various Information Technology specializations. The competition featured a variety of hands-on challenges across multiple cybersecurity domains, reflecting a high level of competition and strong team spirit among participants.
The results concluded with the crowning of the top three teams: first place was awarded to Majd Zeyadeh, Laith Mashal, and Lurine Al-Sharkasi; second place went to Hussein Al-Dulaimi, Amin Al-Sammar, Zeina Al-Hashaykeh, and Ahmad Attoon; while third place was claimed by Aws Al-Hajj Ali, Fares Abu Safieh, Waleed Debwan, and Amro Al-Khateeb. The University congratulated all participating students and extended its sincere appreciation to the faculty members, sponsors, and student members of the Cybersecurity Club who contributed to organizing the event, reaffirming its commitment to supporting such initiatives that foster an active and engaged university community in the field of cybersecurity.
