Required documents for the Bachelor :

• The original high school transcript, certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Education, or an original copy certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Education.
• A transcript of the university’s original grades or a true copy in the event of transfer from another university certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education.
• Original diploma certificate, original transcript, or certified copy in case of bridging from the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education.
• Non-Jordanian students should review the cultural attachés of their country in Jordan to provide the university with a letter of no objection to study at the university, as required of some nationalities.
• A copy of the birth certificate, passport, or family book.
• A copy of the ID of the civil status of Jordanian students.
• One personal photo (1).
• Security Card (for Syrian students).

The documents required of students holding a diploma (bridging students) :

• A certificate of comprehensive origin and a transcript of the diploma of the original diploma or a certified copy of the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education.
• If the diploma was issued from outside Jordan, the university must be provided with a letter from the Ministry of Higher Education in the country from which the certificate was issued or from the state embassy in Jordan stating that the diploma qualifies its holder to continue his university education to the bachelor’s level in his country and is excluded from these students who hold Jordanian citizenship Those who must pass the qualifying examination held by Al-Balqa Applied University for the purpose of bridging.

Masters required documents

• A copy of the original bachelor’s marks or a true copy certified by the Ministry of Higher Education in Jordan.
• A certified original Bachelor or a true copy, certified by the Ministry of Higher Education in Jordan.
• A non-Jordanian student with a bachelor’s degree from a university that is not recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education must bring a letter from his embassy in Jordan or from the Ministry of Higher Education in his country stating his country’s recognition of the university.
• A high school diploma, original or a true copy, certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Education.
• A copy of the birth certificate, passport, or family book.
• A copy of the ID of the civil status of Jordanian students.
• Personal photo number (1.)
• Security Card (for Syrian students).​

Required Documents for Intermediate Diploma​ :

• 1- The original high school transcript, certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Education, or an original copy certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Education.
• 2- The original transcript of the university’s grades or a certified copy of it in the case of transferring from another university or college certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education.
• 3- Non-Jordanian students should contact the cultural attachés and Al-Balqa Applied University to provide the university with a letter of no objection to studying at the university.
• 4- A copy of the ID card for Jordanian students, a copy of the passport for non-Jordanian students.
• 5- A copy of the postponed military service booklet for Jordanian male students.
• 6- Personal photo (1).
• 7- Security Card (for Syrian students).

Accredited centres for obtaining them: AMIDEAST Center, British Cultural Center (BRITISH COUNCIL).​

Students who do not meet the English language requirement may be admitted, provided that they register in the 6-credit-hour English language qualifying program in their first semester of enrolment.

​-The following levels shall be approved to consider the French and German languages grades for the purpose of admission in the Master’s programs:

Students who meet the foreign language requirement while enrolled in a master’s program shall be exempted from passing the English language test or the 6-credit-hour qualifying program.

• Students who hold an academic degree from an English-speaking country shall also be exempted.
• Blind, deaf, and mute students shall be exempted from the foreign language fluency as a pre-requisite for admission in graduate studies in Jordanian universities, provided that they provide a medical report from the competent department in either Jordan University Hospital or King Abdullah University Hospital about their cases, in which the disability shall be a minimum of 70%.
