Dr. Mahmood Ghaleb Al-Bashayreh is an Associate Professor of Software Engineering at Applied Science Private University in Amman, Jordan. He holds a Ph.D. in Software Engineering from Universiti Utara Malaysia and has more than 20 years of combined academic and software industry experience.
His teaching and research interests include software design and architecture, software testing, software reuse, application frameworks, health informatics, context-aware systems, machine learning, and AI-supported software systems. He has published in several Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals and conferences.
Dr. Al-Bashayreh has held multiple academic leadership positions, including Head of the Departments of Software Engineering, Computer Science, Extended Reality and Game Development, and Computer Network Systems. He is actively involved in accreditation, curriculum development, research governance, and university?industry collaboration.
